Disney World 2011

John, the kids and I recently took a trip to Walt Disney World. It was a total surprise for the kids; they didn't find out about the trip until the night before we left. My grandparents work part-time there and were able to get us free tickets into all the parks and awesome deals on hotel and food. This was their last year working and our last chance for such an awesome deal so we went for it. We drove down last Saturday, had Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday in the parks and drove home Wednesday. My parents and brother Logan also joined us.
Our first day was spent at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Monday we spent the entire day at Magic Kingdom, my favorite. It rained ALL day long, not fun being wet all day but we made the most of it and had a great time. Makenzie rode Space Mountain 3 times that day. We learned that she loves rollercoaters and is totally fearless. Totally amazed us.
Our last day we spent mostly at Epcot. We left there and headed back to Magic Kingdom to do a few things we didn't get to do the first time we were there. We stayed until about 11:00, enjoyed the fireworks show and made our way back to the hotel. That day we were nonstop for about 14 hours. Needless to say, we were wiped. We were not ready to come home but all good things must come to an end.
